Phillips Funeral Directors made a very difficult time so much easier. From start to finish they were kind, understanding but thorough and very professional. The initial meeting was handled with sensitivity and they went through all the stages I needed to address, contacting the Church and handling all that side for me. On the day itself, the funeral went exactly as I had envisaged with all Phillips personnel in place on time and knowing exactly what to do - all the while paying attention to the family to make sure everyone was settled. They were most reassuring.

Funeral director was very organised and considerate. Most of what needs organising were done by them. We were told the procedures and what would happen on the day. Flowers were delivered to them and brought to the cemetery. They had someone to oversea the final stages at the cemetery. In short most of the things needed doing were organised by them including contacting the church. Very happy with services provided.

Philips Funeral Directors have been outstanding with their support and care throughout the planning of my fathers funeral. We have used them previously for our grandparents and every time they offer help and support, good advice and a caring presence all round.

What can be a troubling and difficult time is always made easier and they genuinely care that your service goes to plan.

A couple of stand outs were Kerry and James, but to be honest everyone associated with Philips Funerals is likely to be an asset.
