Doves Funeral Directors

Me and my family highly recommend Doves, I have never had to arrange a funeral before but the help and support we received was outstanding. Beverley explained every step and was very supportive and took alot of the stress away when arranging the funeral carrying out my late dads wishes. Beverley was just a phone call/email away or in person if you needed to ask her anything. My family and my late dad was treated with so much care and respect I could not thank Doves and Beverley enough for making everything go to plan and run smoothly. Beverley is very understanding and the most nicest lady and member of staff anyone could ever meet.

When my dad passed away, I didn’t know where to start, but Beverley helped me step by step, and went above and beyond to make dads day perfect.
Although she never met him, I feel every time we spoke she took in all the fine detail, even had some laughs along the way.
No one wants to go through the process of sorting a funeral for a loved one, and to highly recommend a funeral directors seems strange, but the support and extra mile she went made this service the perfect choice. I can’t thank you enough, it’s made my grief journey so much more manageable. Outstanding service

Having lost my dad to Covid at New Year, finding the right funeral directors was essential. He needed the send off he deserved despite the challenges of lockdown and we needed to feel he was being taken care of by someone that really did care. We are so glad we called Doves! Hayley has been amazing from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble and her kind and caring manner along with her very calming and soothing voice makes you feel that you are never bothering her and that she is looking after a member of her own family. I would highly recommend Doves should you have the misfortune to need a Funeral Directors.

We used Doves in Ashford for the funeral of our Mum/Nan. We had never arranged a funeral or knew were to start. The service and compassion given were wonderful and we were taken care of as soon as we made first contact. Hayley was amazing and helped us every step of the way. We used Doves to organise our late mothers funeral. They were absolutely fantastic. Hayley at Ashford helped us every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble for them. Mum looked lovely and we received professionalism of the highest quality and were so pleased we chose them. Their services were faultless.

I would like to thank Doves Funeral Director for making a very sad time in my life as painless as possible. From the day my Mother passed away on Christmas Eve, the director of the company called me to say that they would be looking after my Mother. This put my mind at rest over Christmas . I was then called by Hayley from the Funeral directors to arrange a meeting and discuss the best way forward and outlaid in great detail what will happen. She was amazing helping me right through to the day of the funeral, everything went to plan. The car was immaculate and were the gentlemen, the timings were perfect, the service fantastic, not forgetting the aftercare and finalization. All in all on a very sad day i think my Mother would have been pleased.

Nearly 4 yrs ago my mum passed away a bit in a daze I called into Doves and everything was handled with love, care and compassion all the things you need at such a hard time.
... On to just 3 months ago my stepdad passed away and without missing a step my only thought was to use Doves 🕊 there has been many changes in the world, but walking into Doves we were met by a lovely lady by the name of Hayley her voice alone took the stress out of what I was there for. She found everything we wanted from the right coffin to the music of 'dad's ' no questions i asked were too much and what we want she took the stress out of finding it . I have called in a few times for different thing things and she is just the best person I have ever had to arrange many things with . The hearse and the team of undertakers were kind and considerate in this Pandemic we find our self's.
Hayley you have a gift that not many people have so I want to say thank you so much for every detail you helped to put in place
