Lovegrove arranged the Funeral for my Stepfather from start to finish, at such a stressful and sad time they gave us one less thing to worry about. from the very beginning Teresa at the Woking branch organised things for us and kept us posted on any developments throughout.

On the day they arrived on time and were really supportive and respectful of our time during and after the service only taking us to the Wake as and when we were ready.

If you are unfortunate enough to have to use a Funeral Director I would highly recommend them.

To all the Team at Lovegrove You were amazing and made a very sad day just that little bit easier so Thank you.

Whilst I cannot comment on the funeral service provided by Lovegroves, Woking, I would strongly advise against using the eFlorist service via their Funeral Notices. I ordered a tribute which failed to turn up. This is the response provided by the florist: "When we delivered Lovegrove's, when they are not there, we have to leave them round the back which is exactly what we did with all 4 tributes last Wednesday. I can only presume that somebody took a liking to the one that wasn't delivered and took it, thank goodness it was only the one not all 4 of them". A shoddy excuse for a deeply upsetting incident.

The team at lovegroves were amazing. Michael in particular was supportive and understanding. We wanted a very unusual and personalised service,nothing was a problem.
As I live a long way fro where the service took place they arranged for me to meet a different firm near me for all the paperwork.
Thank you all for making a very difficult time much easier and for giving us great memories.

Cyril Lovegrove dealt with my Father's funeral with dignity, care and respect. Lauren was wonderful and really supported me during some really difficult phone calls but she was always appropriate and kind. Highly recommended

A thoroughly personal and intimate service. Michael was sincere, warm and genuine from start to finish. He pulled through for us and nothing was too much trouble. Dealing with the death of a loved one is incredibly difficult, but the service I received from Lovegroves, and Michael in particular, was exemplary and I would absolutely recommend them as a Five Star Funeral Director! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
