Our experience with Frederick W Paine was so positive. From the first phone call we received from Lynn, when Mum passed away, to when Mark and his team left us at the family and friends reception after the funeral, we felt cared for and respected. The whole process was handled with such kindness, respect and professionalism. I hadn’t organised a funeral before and Lynn helped me, every step of the way, in the preparations. Mark, the funeral director, put us at ease on the day of the funeral and looked after us with such grace and kindness. I couldn’t have done it without them all. What is especially important to me is that, while Lynn and her colleagues there looked after us so beautifully - my Mum was at the heart of everything they did. They never forgot, not once, that the funeral was about Mum and that she was to be respected and cared about. Every last detail was taken care of and Mum’s memory was respected. It was all so well done. I feel that the wonderful funeral we were able to give Mum has truly helped with the grieving process. I highly recommend Frederick W Paine and can’t thank Lynn, Mark and all their colleagues enough for the wonderful service we received.

I found my whole experience from start to finish amazing. When I first called up at 9pm in the evening to let them know my uncle had died I was talked through very kindly by a lovely lady at the end of the phone. She realised I would be confused about what I had to do so talked me through it.
When my uncle was collected at 10pm, the guys that turned up were in full funeral wear and very respectful and calm which I thought was lovely.
Then I found Linda at the branch super helpful and she walked me through the whole process with ease, she kept in contact with me all the time and I felt like she really cared. Absolutely recommend them 100%.

We think they got everything just right.
The service they provided was excellent and we found them supportive and efficient which made a difficult time much less stressful.
Lyn deserves a special mention as she co-ordinated everything including the celebrant Andrew Bignold who did an excellent service.

What a wonderful team of people! During such a sad and emotional time, anything that can done to ease your stress is very welcome and Linda from Raynes Park was absolutely perfect. She did exactly what she said she would do, when she said she would do it. That's very rare nowadays. On the day itself (yesterday as I write this) Mark and his team were the epitome of professionalism. Courteous, kind and thoughtful throughout, nothing was too much trouble for him. If you are unfortunate enough to requite the services of a funeral director in this area, then you could do no better than to choose Frederick W Paine. On behalf of my mother who passed and my family I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Not an experience I would want to repeat. We had a family relative cremated through this company and paid a large price for what felt like a very basic service. Extras keep being added on and it's hard whilst so upset to say no. If you search for this company owned by Dignity) on the internet and look for sales techniques and commissions it reveals some very interesting articles
