Exceptional service at Haven - Kingshill Avenue! Elaine went above and beyond, she made such a difficult time a little easier. Her kindest and support is brilliant! Every question we had she was able to answer and advise, she responded to emails quickly, which really helped with the planning. Thank you Elaine, a real credit to the company! Throughout the whole process we were kept informed and when the day finally came it went so well and we didn’t have to think of anything. The time and care that goes in to the planning by Elaine and all at Haven is excellent! Would highly recommend in such a difficult time.
