Lorna explained everything clearly, with respect and compassion.
She kept in touch with our family, to make sure that we were happy with the funeral arrangements for dad.

Sam, who oversaw the funeral at the crematorium, was easy to talk to, just as Lorna was.
He treated us with respect and dignity.
We felt that he took personal interest in each of us individually.

Excellent service, Lorna was very good at explaining everything as it was going to happen, very helpful with the order of service. The funeral it self went with out a hitch first class all round.
