As i entered i was welcomed with a very warm,friendly and a very understanding lady called Debbie.She was very considerate,explained everything very well and met our needs.Debbie also came in on her day off so we could visit our relative over the weekend,which is pure commitment to a grieving family.she turned the phone to answer phone so we wasnt disturbed which is very thoughtful.When we went to see our relative she was already there and our relative looked lovely,at peace and i was given a tose that my aunt was holding.The funeral was a good sent off and the staff were well mannered and thoughtful everything went well id like to thank every member of staff for your professionalism on a sad day xxxxx

The most amazing people I have ever met. Debbie incredibly emphatic and caring. Helped before and after funeral and went above and beyond to make sure all went smoothly. Fabio and wonderful team were also kindest, respectful and compassionate people. Even when my music wouldn't play. Fabio had a plan to save the day. Can't thank you all enough❤️Linda Marshall

Very good experience using this long established Funeral Directors in Fulham Broadway . From moment of first contact with the funeral arranger Deborah Whelan we were dealt with in a very caring way. My mothers cremation was expertly arranged and on the day all went very smoothly. All staff were lovely and very professional. The cars were faultless and couldn't have asked for better. Not the most important thing but the overall cost was also very reasonable. Cannot recommend them too strongly.

Superb administration prior to the funeral and amazing considerate and respectful service on the day. Staff were very professional throughout. Cars immaculate and timings perfect. All helps make a difficult day that much easier. Brain & Gamble conducted my fathers funeral 20 years ago and the standard has remained consistently high across the long span.

Debbie dealt with my family and myself after the passing of my brother. She was professional, helpful, kind and sympathetic, and listened carefully to all our requests, which made the situation easier for my family and I.
The service we received from Brain & Gamble was excellent, and would highly recommend them to anyone requiring their services.

Completely awful, we were mislead from start told our grandfather would be cared for on site and could be visited in chapel of rest when requested, all of which was lies! He was being kept in a mass processing facility, they would not tell us where he was. We had to have him cared for by another funeral home, who thankfully did not deceive us and were supportive from start to finish

We used this funeral director for my wife judith’s funeral The Fulham branch. Debbie is the person who we dealt with she was fantastic in every way . the company were amazing and made everything so smooth Fabio the lead funeral director Was brilliant everything was done in a calm beautiful respectful way you can put your trust in this company. ❤️

I would like to thank Deborah Whelan at Brain and Gamble Fulham, for her amazing support in arranging the funeral for my father. She is incredibly professional, with nothing but care and empathy in all she does. She made us feel so comfortable and helped ease all our concerns and worries, with her truly gentle and kind nature. What a truly remarkable lady and deserves to be recognised. I cannot highly recommend enough.
I would also like to thank Thoshan, who supported us on the day of the funeral, a true professional, who displayed the utmost in organisation and planning ahead to ensure the day was smooth sailing.
I am incredibly grateful and thankful for having such amazing people involved for my dads send off.
