At a very hard time for me and my family, Sherry could not have been more helpful if she tried, after all my phone calls and visits to the shop, nothing was a problem for Sherry. Thank you so much for getting me through this very sad time.

The care and kindness provided by Sherry in particular made a very difficult period so much easier for us. Will be ever thankful to you, while the team led by Bobby on the day of my uncle's funeral were sensitive, kind and caring. Thank you so much to all.

Not sure where to start!
Sherry the lady that helped us through our very painful time was by far the warmest kindest person I had spoken too through the most horrific period of my life.
Giving birth to my son Lennie before his due date came with so many horrors but, the only light was having this wonderful funeral directors help us put his body to rest. From getting the vicar to contact us, to finding the music and printing the words for the hymn, for our other children to sing. The service was beautiful. It was perfect and that to us was priceless. I honestly feel so indebted to you for helping lay my son to rest. Thank you

Dad and I are so grateful for the kindness and patience shown by Angela in organising Mum’s funeral. In these difficult times she helped us every step of the way. I felt that nothing was too much to ask and she explained the process and requirements as sensitively as possible. Tommy the funeral director was courteous and respectful and we were so grateful for the dignity and respect that all of us were shown on the day of the cremation.

I wanted to write to thank Becky and her team for the smooth running of my father in law’s funeral on January 9th. Everything went really well and we as a family were very happy with the ceremony. I think Dad would have approved!

I would like to thank Beckie and the Steven Mears team for the lovely send-off of my father-in-law. You have been an absolute pleasure to deal with in making all the arrangements and made it run very smoothly for my mother-in-law and the rest of the family. You have shown such down to earth empathy and care, always calling me back, answering your phone even on your day off and giving the best advice and guidance.

The FD on the day Mike was friendly, courteous and graceful and the team were all very respectful. The celebrant Nicole conducted a lovely service on behalf of the family. I have to say the flowers were absolutely beautiful, every bunch was different and had such unusual flowers. Thankfully the rain held off and we had a bright sunny day to say our farewells.

Thank you so much for the excellent service you gave us. We were absolutely delighted and pleasantly surprised to see you had managed to finish our Mum’s headstone in time for her birthday.
