I cannot thank Janice and Darren enough for their personal, professional and compassionate service. We lost our dad unexpectedly last month, it was such a difficult time. They guided and helped us each step of the way as none of us has had to arrange a funeral before. Darren was so sympathetic and patient when my mum broke down on one occasion, Janice was also very kind and lovely to us all, it felt like we had known them both for years. No one ever wants to feel as if you're just another client at such a sensitive time, their care and attention was second to none and the funeral day went so smoothly. Many thanks to you both! Having never been involved in this process before, I was dreading the thought of planning a funeral service. Janice and Darren helped both me and my mum through the tough hurdle of losing my dad. They were professional, compassionate and patient with us and I cannot thank them both enough for their help and support during this difficult time. After loosing a dear friend of mine and speaking with a few funeral directors i decided to contact and visit A Yeatman & Sons. I was met by a lovely member of staff named Darren, who assisted us throughout the whole process. Going there i felt a sense of calm and comfort and with that we choose to go with them. Honestly i am really glad we did. They done everything perfectly and were so helpful. If it were not for Darren and Kelly(our funeral director for the day) i am not sure how the day would have went. They helped us to give our friend the send off he deserved, and i am forever greatful to them for giving us such an outstanding service.
