Recently, my family and I used the services from John Nodes.
I wouldn't have chosen no other, The service received from the very beginning to the final detail has been absolutely fantastic. Your attentive staff member Bernadette was just so reassuring a definite asset to your team. Nothing was too much trouble for her anything I was unsure of Bernadette made it her duty to find out the information. The day of my mum funeral Robin the director was also so attentive. The entire service provided from John Nodes was just superb they make you feel so relaxed and welcomed at such a difficult time.

A funeral is always a sad time and for us it was particularly so but Bernadette helped to make this very painful and terrible experience so much easier. From our first meeting, we found Bernadette to be extremely caring, sensitive and compassionate. She helped us arrange an appropriate funeral service and showed us how we could do what we felt was right for our loved one. She was unintrusive and yet extremely helpful and supportive - exactly what we needed at that emotionally charged time.
All the staff who assisted at the funeral were sympathetic and very considerate. I highly recommend John Nodes services and Bernadette Barrett in particular.

Bernadette and her team provided us with a fantastic service when we had to arrange the funeral of our mother. Nothing was too much trouble, Bernadette was very courteous, compassionate and very professional and we will be forever grateful for her help. Our experience with John Nodes Kensal Rise was to arrange the most fitting burial for our mother. It was very important for both me and my sister.
On arrival at their premises we were greeted by a young woman who had the most warmest persona and pleasing smile. Her name is Bernadette. She is the most perfect person needed to help anyone lay their dearest to rest.
Bernadette kept us in peace, in smiles, her attention to detail, her wealth of experience, her caring appropriate pace and attitude and mindfulness was just absolutely perfect.
Bernadette is the most appropriate person who helped us choose the right send off for our mum. Everything she suggested and did for us, after deliberation, was the right choice. Myself and my sister actually miss our meetings with her.
John Nodes should be very proud and aware that they actually employ the most rarest jewel in their business, their first port of call, Bernadette. The kind, warm, professionalism that we found in Bernadette has helped the memory of our most precious mother a very positive memory we will always cherish, share and remember all of our lives.
