The whole service provided by Bexley Funeral Service for my dad's funeral was fantastic. Everything went smoothly considering there were nearly 200 friends and family there. It was a great send off and celebration of his life, and I cannot thank them enough.

From the moment we walked through the front door of Bexley Funeral Services to discuss the arrangements for my Dad, Kenneth Pavitt's funeral, I was impressed by them. We met Carol on the first occasion, she was professional, and knowledgeable but more importantly, showed real care and compassion making that first interaction memorable. Carol continued to be my wife's point of contact and made the whole process easy to navigate, with clear choices and options explained. There was no pressure to choose any particular package but listened to what Kens wife wanted and did their best to accommodate that. The communication was excellent, with E-Mail and phone calls responded to quickly. On the day Donna led the team and again showed real professionalism and care in how they treated Dad, Mum, and the other family members. I would highly recommend this company.
