The people at this undertakers would not give me information about date, time and location of my mother's funeral. This has lead to a massive amount of distress on my behalf, stress that l thought l would never have toe endure not sure how much longer l am able to endure it.

My mum sadly passed away and persha handled the funeral on our behalf. She was great, friendly understanding and a great support during one of the worst times. Kevin is the best and I can praise him enough Francis chappell keep this man working for you don't let him go we will be forever greatful for the service on the day. Thank you all so much.
