Kelly's were excellent in arranging my husband's funeral, friendly, respectful and very helpful. Karen, who organised everything for us, was especially good - we felt we didn't have to worry about anything.

Karen, in mill hill went way beyond my expectations, she helped me through the entire funeral, a wonderful woman who I could call anytime with any problems regarding the funeral no matter how small the problem was she sorted it out. Karen was amazing and I won’t forget the help she gave to me and my family! She is a lovely women very warm and welcoming! She was very understanding and had such a willingness to help.

Karen and her team at Kelly's of Mill Hill made the most wonderful arrangements for my fathers funeral yesterday. All of the arrangements were so well planned and with such a high degree of professionalism and empathy. My whole family is extremely grateful for the amazing service that they delivered - thank you!

The funeral was handled really well. All round Kelly’s were excellent, kept us informed at all times and took the stress away from us. We cannot give them enough credit of their total handling at a very difficult time. Karen and her staff were very professional throughout the process. Thank you so much.

So disappointed with the funeral for my father. Complete lack of sympathy for family mourners. I was made to feel like why would I want to see my father’s rotting corpse when I wanted to say goodbye. Final insult was our flowers to our father...massed letters saying DAD were not even in the hearse with him, nor were the flowers from his grandchildren. This was in no way the send off my dad deserved.
