This funeral directors are first class. Elaine in the office was friendly and very helpfu. Lee the Funeral Director was dignified, smart, courteous and extremely professional. Would high reccomend to all.

I can not praise these guys enough. For what's happening in the world today with covid 19. It's made their job harder for a start and yet still trying to give you the best send of to the ones we have lost. I lost my Dad 1st April to this dreadful virus. And these guys have been 100% amazing thank you so much cheryl Bryan

We chose Francis Chappell & Sons due to the initial first contract that we had we the eltham branch where I spoke to Pat , whom I must say has amazing people skill . As everyone in our position would know it being such a difficult time to be put at ease from the start was a big plus . Our position maybe a little different from other people as my brother was still with us at the time of our first contact but was terminally ill 300 miles away so also had to make arrangements to get him back to London at the time we were able to notify Pat and her team but there was nothing that was to much trouble. I think I’ve phoned Pat so many times over the past few weeks and it was never any bother to her no matter how trivial my enquiries were. My brother funeral was held on the 5/4/22 and Bill and the team then took on the next part of our journey they are also an absolute credit to this firm . Pat you are an absolute star an amazing person thank you from all of us as a family x

I have used this company on 3 occasions. Recently dealt with pat on the death of my mum things went smoothly their pricing was fair given the current cost of funerals I would recommend them on what is a difficult time for anybody going through this situation.
