Ian from George Scott funeral services went above and beyond . My mums death was very sudden and I had absolutely no clue what I was doing. I had called around and visited a few funeral directors and was astounded at how clinical and overly expensive they were . I got their number from BGH bereavement dept and called them . Within 12 hours of calling , they had collected my mum , completely reassured me and kept in constant contact for any questions I had, and I had a lot. Their service is exemplary, professional but most of all very caring. They did not treat us like we were another client. It was as if my mum was the highest priority and extremely important. They are genuine , kind and felt like they were a part of our family in the end. We as a family , will only ever use George Scott funeral service . They organised everything from music to speaking with the priest , music , the whole nine yards. Ian is an absolute asset to this company , the kindest man I’ve met.
