I have never planned a funeral, nor did I know where to turn with the passing of my mom. I was devastated I had so much to do.
A simple Google search helped me find you and I am so thankful. I have never know anyone as professional, caring, empathetic and as kind and at only 23 Ryan, you should be so very proud. You took me under your wing and guided me through everything and made it such an easy task in my saddest moments.
My moms service was beautiful from start to finish, Ester Pitt, our celebrant was amazing kind and such a beautiful well spoken person, who helped write in memory of mom some beautiful words.
Lesley Harris who I was also put into contact with for my flowers through Hopcraft, how perfect is your work! This cannot be faulted and they were beyond my expectations of what they would look like
I had so much stress and worry and it was all taken away from me, from collecting mom back from south Staffordshire to bringing her home to rest it was all perfect, organised, efficient and professional.

The team at Hopcroft Funeral Services took care of my brother and I with absolute sensitivity and respect in arranging my fathers service. We are not local and Ryan continuously went above and beyond for us, being flexible with us not always being able to be there in-person. Ryan was always responsive at all hours on any given day. They took any stress away from us at this difficult time, we had no idea where to start and Ryan guided us through every step of the way.
Teresa Bradburn was recommended by Ryan to deliver the service, and she was brilliant. Teresa helped us write a beautiful tribute for our Dad.
The flowers from Beamish and Blooms were true perfection, and Lesley did whatever she could for us to create a simple yet beautiful arrangement.
Both my brother and I cannot thank Ryan and the team enough for their support and guidance through a period of great sorrow.

Hopcrafts were absolutely brilliant following the sad passing of my mom. Nothing was too much trouble. Ryan contacted us outside of his working hours to make sure we were happy with everything and Esther delivered our service showing a great compassion and understanding. I would highly recommend Hopcrafts. Nothing was too much trouble and all our questions were answered.

No funeral is easy to plan, especially when it was so unexpected for our late mom, but Ryan helped make the process bearable. Step by step Ryan helped our family and we can not thank him and Hopcraft enough for a wonderful service.
