Can't fault the service. At the office Jill was attentive and considerate and sensitively chased up on details, which was very useful.

On the night my wife passed away, I have to choose a nearby funeral director in a hurry. Amongst the choices, Blackheath Funeral Service has a very impressive web pages detailing their services. In particular, they have a price list which gives you a clear concept on the choices and associated costs. Jill has taken care of all the necessary steps in preparing for the funeral in a polite and professional manner. Her team members are very responsive to my inquiries and they have done a very professional job. I am very happy with their services.

Where should I start...I read previous reviews and decided to go with Blackheath funeral Directors. My first point of contact was Jill Avery, although most of the arrangements had to be over the phone due to COVID-19, I was impressed by Jill's understanding and compassion in regards to my late sister. If there was any changes or I changed my mind Jill was awesome. The day of the funeral, officiant, Steve and pallbearers energy was very professional and also compassionate and put us at ease from start to finish. I would also recomend Rev'd Steve Browning, who conducted the sermon service and did my sister proud.

I just had used this service recently and I am really satisfied and impressed by their professional service. They listen to clients requests and answer enquiries with care. But I was impressed by their very swift response in every step of their service. Whenever I have new questions for details, they will check it in one hour and will give me their findings. Also, they provide mobile phone so that I can contact in case of emergency and I did contact them on Saturday and the staff particularly went to office to provide service. Even if they didn't receive my phone call, they will always give a call back, on Saturday when it is not office hour.
I would like to say thank you to Carol and Donna. They are very professional from the very start to the end including all paperwork that I need.
