Paul at Haines looked after us and guided us through the process which could have been very stressful. We were treated with kindness throughout and my mums funeral was made easier with Paul’s help. Beautiful wicker casket (the picnic basket as we called it) was less harsh and sent mum on her way in style.

The team at Ballard and Shortall in Horley did a superb job from start to finish with my father’s funeral. Always courteous, efficient and highly responsive. They took all the stress away for the family and ensured that the funeral itself went without a hitch. I can highly recommend them.
