I cannot begin to express my deepest gratitude to Tim and his staff for this kind and memorable service. The entire family was in awe at how kind and diligent the entire day was, a perfect service for my Nan, June Aspinall.

Tim, himself, oozes professionalism with the most sincere of care. My Nan would be pleased in knowing that she was also supporting a young and local business, one that is so genuine in their endeavours.

There is nobody like Tim from start to finish he was professional and caring with every once of respect.
The attention to detail was incredible and something that was incredibly sad Tim and his team managed between them to turn into something so special and memorable.

Tim has shown such outstanding care and professionalism in guiding us through the loss of our Mum. All arrangements have been carried out in such a dignified and respectful way with so much thoughtfulness that family and friends have commented on how superbly everything has been handled. He has phoned on numerous occasions to go through details and ensure that all was just as we wished and offer friendly reassurance. This support is so appreciated - many thanks to everyone involved. From the first contact I made with Tim Parry to the last handshake goodbye I felt we were in the hands of true professionals. When Tim and Gary came in the middle of the night to take our beloved mum, Dolores, into their safe hands, they arrived dressed immaculately and brought an incredible compassion and dignity to that difficult moment. I had an immediate sense of peace that we had made an excellent choice. From that moment, through the whole process of arranging mum's funeral, Tim and his team made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. We were treated with thoughfulness and care and given the space and time we needed to make all the decisions involved. It was Tim who came walking down our road in front of mum's coffin and Gary who drove us in their beautiful limousine behind it. This is a small family team with high standards of ceremony and tradition. In every aspect of our dealings with them, I felt a constant sense of genuine calm and respect. Tim and his team bring an exceptional level of compassion and professionalism to the work that they do. I cannot recommend them enough. A huge, hearfelt thank you Tim, to you and everyone involved.

I cannot praise Tim and the team enough. They made us feel so comfortable and catered to our requirements/needs. Tim was so kind and considerate and so professional. He was so genuine and the vibe and care he had for me and my family was very comforting. The funeral was perfect and just how my dad would want it. Val the funeral celebrant was amazing too.
