I can't thank this funeral directors enough they made everything perfect on the day of my moms funeral and also the most important part of this experience was having Laura deeley going above and beyond to make everything as perfect as it could be everything we asked for she sorted out for us with no fuss at all

Laura and the team at Hicktons Funeral home have been fantastic nothing was to much for these people. We had help at every turn I cannot thank them enough.

I don't now were to start to express how grateful I am enough for all the help and support myself and family were given during the planning, preparation, funeral itself and aftermath from laura deely and the hickton family. While struggling with greith of losing my dad, laura herself was their for us from the start to end, professionally yet so personally involved too... myself or auntie&uncle had never had to plan a funeral before, had no idea where to begin or what to expect until laura welcomed us into the hickton family with open arms, answered any questions we had, guided us, reasured us and helped give my dad the best send of possible. I'm also so grateful that all my wishes were met for the last special moments I shared with my dad after he passed, the preparation of my dad was beautiful, the surroundings where comforting, despite it being my last goodbye. The support I was given by laura and the team I'll be forever grateful for.
The funeral parla its self is walm&welcoming despite the event your their for, I would recommend to anyone going through loss.

Dealing with my first personal loss when my wife, Mandy, passed away I was completely lost, didn't have the foggiest idea what to do, until I visited Hickton's on Penn Rd.
Laura, sat down with me and took me through everything, paperwork arrangements, options. Her Honesty (a quality rarely found nowadays) shone through, her care and sense of what I wanted was her main priority, I cannot express how much that meant to me, and my wife's family. Even though my wife's family Funeral Director was only 2 doors away I did not feel the need to search any further. From my first visit to finally collecting her remains, everything and anything was never a problem, total care. Laura, Callum and Philip, the Celebrant, were brilliant. We can't recommend Hicktons enough the help and support we had in dealing with our youngest sons sudden death which in its self was horrendous, we couldn't have managed it without the help of Laura and her team.
