Sincerity Funerals

From the moment that I walked through the door at sincerity, the professionalism shone through, Sarah who I met first showed nothing but compassion and empathy for my situation that I found myself to be in, I explained that my farther had not yet passed but it was immanent, she talked me through the who process of what’s happens when he passes right up to where they become involved. The information & support I was given was outstanding, we then got down to the daunting task of the details & exploring the options for which package we’d like to go with, but each was explained to me in-depth, I was never made to feel rushed or pushed into decision that wasn’t right for me.

When the penultimate finally happened, we contacted Sarah to make her aware, she was clear & precise on what the next stages would involve. When my dad was in the care of sincerity, we saw him in there chapel of rest - it was such a calm & warming environment there was a large number of family members that went to see my dad but they accommodated all of us. We was dreading the moment when we opened up the door to see him, but they had dressed him in all of the attire that we gave them & he looked perfect almost like he was asleep to which we are truly great full for.

On the day of the funeral, when the hearse arrived it looked lovely with the wolves flag draped over the top, all the staff was smart & very professional. We had prior requested for there to be two drive pasts, one being at the molineuxe as my dad was a massive wolves supporter, Sarah actually got out and walked my dad round onto the grounds & then back onto the main road, then we stopped by work & yet again she got out and walked past site, to which we wasn’t expecting but we really appreciated the thoughtfulness of it all.

As we arrived at Bushbury crematorium, as we were the pallbearers we were told the process of how to lift, move and then manoeuvre my dad in to place. The limo drivers both Paul & Richard were fabulous.

All in all the professionalism, quality, care and loving nature of the staff; made my dads funeral as special as it could be I would highly recommend sincerity to anyone who is looking for an outstanding funeral directors as the service uthat they give is second to none

At such an emotional and dreadful time it was a pleasure to deal with Sarah and all at Sincerity Funerals for all to do with our moms service. Everything was professional & also very friendly and we were put at ease that our mom was in the best possible hands which is all we could of asked for. We felt there was genuine care and concern and everything was just as we had asked. Lots of people who attended the funeral commented on how Sarah read the Eulogy was the perfect amount of happiness and sadness, and helped give the perfect send off for us. I can’t recommend Sincerity highly enough. They offered me so much more than I ever anticipated from a funeral director at an extremely sad and difficult time.

Sarah, Gary, Beverley and everyone involved were not just professional, but genuinely caring and helped so much with every aspect. Their respect, compassion and kindness was evident from start to finish.

We lost Dad in May 2022 and straightaway phoned Sincerity Funerals following a personal recommendation. The service we received from the outset was second to none. Sarah and her team showed impeccable respect in our time of loss. She visited us in our home to make the funeral arrangements, giving advice and making suggestions and getting to know the family, nothing was too much trouble.
Sincerity kept in touch with us every step of the way.
The day of the funeral was perfect and Sarah and her team looked after us without fail. Sarah's words in the service were respectful and light hearted and I did the eulogy myself.
The aftercare was also appreciated. Keeping in touch when needed, dropping the occasional message, just checking in to see how we were doing. Such a personal service that I don't think would be matched from any other funeral directors.
Sincerity were also very reasonably priced and were also very respectful regarding these arrangements.
I can't recommend them highly enough from start to finish during our time of loss.

Sarah and her team couldn't have been kinder or more compassionate. Sarah officiated at my father's funeral and then, two years later, at my mother's funeral. Both funerals were handled so beautifully and we were all so very impressed with the care and thoughtfulness shown by Sarah and her team. I would highly recommend Sincerity Funerals - they were so professional but with the human touch. We couldn't have been happier with their service.

Well what can I say. Words can't describe how amazing this company is. Sarah really is wonderful so kind and caring and got all the time in world to help you. She ends up being a family friend after arranging the funeral. She really made my nans funeral special she took my grandad under her wing and really looked after him on a very hard day. Her team work so hard in everything that they do her 16year old son who carries the coffin is a credit to you. Harry who drove the Hurst for the 1st time which he requested as he knew the family was incredible 👏 . Went to 2 funerals in 6 days both by sincerity and both were so special and unforgettable. Absolutely amazing business I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Hopefully I won't see you all soon though 🤣

My dad died in December 2019 and my sister hired Sincerity Funerals to manage his services. Sarah took complete ownership of the arrangements and far exceeded our expectations on both a professional and personal level. Sarah has all of the qualities needed to support families faced with the grief and stress associated to the passing of a loved one. There are so many decisions to make, but Sarah supported us every step of the way. She is very experienced, she is an exceptional communicator, she provided multiple options and recommendations throughout the process, she is patient and has a strong sense of empathy. She also integrated a sense of tradition into the services that we found extremely respectful. We know our dad would have been extremely satisfied with our decision to work with Sarah. We are thankful we found her when we needed her.
