Not too sure where to start or even finish. The whole experience in dealing with "Earls" was truly fantastic. All the staff were simply amazing and made myself and very close family feel at pure ease in dealing with my late father. From first contact in dealing with the initial paperwork right the way through to the funeral day was excellent and was to very highest standards. I was particularly impressed with "Beverley". She always kept in close contact with progress updates etc and was really kind and down to earth. A true asset to your company. The same goes to the staff on the day who were so heart warming especially to my mum on arrival and treated not only her but myself in such a kind and caring manner and with the most utmost respect. We really did feel like we were your only clients.

This review is written with sincere thanks to the entire team at Earl & Co. for their utmost professionalism at every stage following the loss of our dear mum. My initial meetings with Devonn & Jackie were managed with kindness, sincerity and a welcomed interest in all that our mum was in her lifetime. All requests were acknowledged with ease and efficiency. Their help, advice and attention to detail was really appreciated especially during these challenging times of the pandemic.

After Dad passed we were stood at 3.30am not knowing which way to turn - Earls came to mind and a phone call answered very quickly - Richard said ‘don’t worry - we will be with you in half an hour’. They were so professional and smart and gave us reassurance at a very difficult time when we were all in bits.
We dealt with Jackie and she guided us step by step keeping us informed every step of the way. Order of Services printed to our specifications and music for the chapel organised. The funeral was only yesterday but I was overwhelmed by the service we received. We had family carry Dad and Richard and his team were there to give help. On behalf of my sisters and our families we would like to thank you all for the help and support with the planning of our dear mum's funeral. For us it was the most difficult event that we have ever had to plan and we know that your support and reassurance helped us tremendously.
