My Mum passed away recently and had paid for her funeral in advance with a funeral plan which was covered by Michael Smy. We were really pleased with the service we received and so many marvellous, special touches The staff were so caring and professional We cannot recommend them enough. I was so anxious about arranging a funeral for the first time. I needn't of worried as David Smith made the whole process simple from start to finish. He was very kind and compassionate to my family,a really lovely man. Fantastic at he's job. He then passed us on to the celebrant Rob Head who managed to get so much information out of us for the service. He was so lovely to deal with also. They both gave my Nan the funeral she deserved.
