AFTER SEEING THE TV TONIGHT YOU CANT HELP BUT GET DISGUSTED, this is completely rude and I would never use you to look after any of my dead !!!

We were referred to Gillman funeral services by Pride Planning Funeral Services.

From the initial contact Gill, Beryl, Tony and all the staff, demonstrated warmth, care and empathy towards the family. Thus supporting us and paying attention to the finest of details to ensure that our mum received a dignified and honourable send off.

Also, Gill and Beryl went the extra mile to make certain that the needs and requests of the family were met, in particular how our mother was made comfortable and rested peacefully in the chapel of rest.

The high standard and presentation of our beloved mother's funeral also grabbed the attention of not only the attendees and mum's church, but also passerbys who made signs of respect, stood still at road sides, including those who attempted to video or take pictures as the procession passed by.

Thank you Gillman's Funeral Services for providing such an excellent and professional service, which eased the pressure off our whole family and enabled the mum's funeral to take place smoothly, making the loss of our beloved mother a peaceful and memorable occasion.

A big thank you to Ria Mosely, who took care of us on the day of our father's funeral. It was really reassuring to know that we were in such capable hands. It enabled us to focus on giving our Dad the day he deserved.

Also want to thank Beryl and Jill for all their help guiding us through the process and helping us make our Dad's home-going very special.

It's NOT the Gillman it was a few years ago. After being taken over their service has hit the floor. A total lack of compassion in a such delicate matter and lack of care really shows from the first step inside the premises. They offer the same level of service as Icelands, expect here service counts for way more. Avoid at all costs and go straight to a family owned business, you're welcome.

From the 1st day of helping to arrange my grandmothers funeral, Beryl Roberts was phenomenal. She was professional, caring and so supportive. Her recommendations and the information she provided was a key part in why the day went well. In the lead up to the main day, Beryl could see when some days were more tender than others which showed in how she would tailor her delivery. There is not enough words to say or explain how she helped me through this time, I will be forevermore grateful, for her kindness, reassurance, understanding and help. Beryl honestly made this difficult time easier to manage. Thank you!
