The service we received from Chris at the Witney branch, was excellent from the first visit until the day of the cremation. My mother and I could not have asked for anymore. The service was very professional, and the care they gave was unbelievable. Even to the day of the cremation, the respect they showed for my father was excellent. When the coffin was placed in its position, the pall bearers all stood at a corner, bowed their heads until everybody was seated. It was a difficult time for us but they looked after us through out the ordeal. Thank you for everything.

Not at all helpful, would not discuss anything about arrangements with family who are not local , would only deal with self appointed nok who was their client.
