Tim was funeral director for my great grandmother's service. He provided a detailed and comprehensive understanding of what our options were for our day, before delivering on them in a compassionate yet professional manner. The day was executed as desired and we were allowed the opportunity for grief as a family with Tim judging the perfect level of involvement: his presence on the day allowed everything to run smoothly.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with this very professional and caring Funeral Directors. We used them for my mother's funeral and nothing was to much trouble we was given professional advice all the way through and they even accommodated the viewing of mum during out of hours. Tim and his staff were very caring right from the time they picked her up right till the funeral and even after the funeral .Thanks guys for everything..
