Excellent, compassionate, personalised service. Tracy and Andy were helpful, organised and efficient. They were both very reassuring and really listened to what we said about Dad's love of nature and cultural heritage. This was reflected in attention to details, including the Order of Service, and the bouquets on Dad's beautiful woven willow coffin.
