Mayfields Funerals

Used Mayfield's for the burial of my wife, nearly 3yrs ago and it still pains me to this day with the poor and very unprofessional service they gave me, if it wasn't my wife's funeral, it would have made a silent movie comedy sketch. They harassed me with phone calls and texts for extras that was not given or discussed. They paid the full amount as previously agreed. The harassment only stopped when I said I looked forward to my day in court. My advice is, you only get one chance at it, so don't risk using Mayfield's.

David and the team at Mayfields' were absolutely wonderful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble and they dealt with everything for us at a very sad time. Mum's wishes were that she was looked after by Mayfields, as they had been so kind after the loss of our Dad. We would highly recommend David and his team.

I would like to thank David and Debra for taking care of myself and my family during such a difficult time.
The care and time they took with us all over the loss of my grandad was more than what I would've ever expected, from the moment we walked through their doors to the funeral we were shown nothing but compassion and respect.

I would just like to say what a great job David and the Mayfields funeral directors did with our late mum and our family.. they looked after mum very well and were there when we needed them... they put us at ease and answered all questions for us when needed and done an excellent job in pointing us in the right direction, the order of service they did for us was beautiful and everything we could have wanted and done to a very good standard, this enabled us to give our mum the send off she deserved.. we can't thank you enough.. David and his team have always provided wonderful and caring service whilst remaining professional. Every aspect was carried out with complete dignity and respect. I highly recommend this company.

The Shave family would like to thank Kerry and Rowan for looking after our mum Mary. Not ever having to arrange a funeral before, we were at a loss really and unsure of what to do. Through their kindness and professionalism, they guided us through the whole process with great care. Especially in these uncertain times with social distancing and limitations, we felt that they took the stress away completely. Although our mum had pre arranged her funeral many years ago, we as a family in this devastating time were at a loss as to what happens next.
From the moment we had made the appointment to discuss matters we were put at ease, Rowan,Lucy and Lisa listened and advised us in a relaxing,friendly manner.
