It has taken me a while to write this review as all the words I had could not praise this funeral service enough. My sister and I were in bits when we lost our dad but Trevor and Caroline guided us through the process with pure professionalism and more importantly with exceptional friendliness. We were put at ease as soon as we walked through the door. They not only arranged a funeral that my dad would've been so proud of but they were always on the end of the phone giving us emotional support every step of the way. I will never forget Trevor helping me to put out squirrel nuts before the service as he knew how important it was for us to have squirrels there for our beloved dad. That's just a small example of the lengths Daniel Robinson & Sons, Sawbridgeworth went to to fulfil all our wishes for our dad's funeral. I would whole heartedly recommend this service for anyone who has lost a loved one. You will be in exceptional hands.

We were recommended to Daniel Robinson funeral directors after the recent passing of our Mother. We dealt with Caroline Gunn from their Sawbridgeworth office, and we cannot compliment them and her highly enough, helping us make all arrangements in rapid time and supporting us through the entire process. She was very clear in what needed to be done and by when, guiding us through each step and in very regular communication, with sensible recommendations and replying to questions and emails at all times, including the weekend.
We could not have asked for a more supportive and sensitive service provider, at a difficult time. The recommendation to us was fully justified, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others

My experience of arranging my husband's funeral at Sawbridgeworth with Caroline would have been more stressful than usual, my daughter and family live in Australia.
Caroline always does everything possible to help , personal care, excellent knowledge and advice if asked. Nothing is to much trouble. Caroline's expertise and caring at the most difficult time is excellent..

Recently a close friend died both sons live abroad. They had problems initially and I recommended Sawbridgeworth with Caroline. Caroline arranged everything, celebrant, flowers, order of service etc, all with zoom meetings.
They both thanked me for introducing Caroline, she gave another ⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐ service and care.
We will always appreciate her help at such difficult times.

The best service and support in such a very difficult time, when I lost my Dad. Just the sound of Caroline's voice on the end of the phone or in person always put a smile on our face. Nothing was ever to difficult or too much, including delaying my Dad's funeral so that my Sister, from Australia, could attend.

Again we dealt with Caroline on the passing of a very close family friend. We had recommended her to the family who lived abroad. Again nothing was ever too much trouble and as always a great support to us!

Once again Daniel Robinson went above and beyond with the care and service we received while arranging and during my dad's funeral. Caroline was amazing, so kind and compassionate, nothing was too much trouble. Luke was also brilliant and helped us all cope during an extremely difficult time . Thank you so much to all concerned.

Daniel Robinson provided us with a excellent service when my nan passed. Very compassionate and proffesional. Caroline made us feel very at ease at a very difficult time.

Very proffesinal, kind and caring staff, nothing was ever to much and we felt like our family member was cared for to the highest standard and dignity. The funeral planning was taken out of our hands and we was truly amazed with the service provided. Highly recommended.

I would like to thank Caroline for all the help and comfort she gave us. The guys on the day were fantastic especially Luke who conducted brilliantly. Would highly recommend.
