Martin was fantastic from beginning to end. We were guided through this difficult time, with the added complication of COVID, and no complication or new request phased him at all. That included a date reschedule at the last minute. Don’t think we would have received this level of service from a corporate business. Thank you so much Lamberts. What a great team.

We lost my sister suddenly right before the platinum jubilee bank holiday. Lambert Funeral Directors was brilliant and Martin carried out additional special requests in a respectful manner. This included driving from Guys Hospital morgue and stopping outside my sisters flat in SE1, and allowing us to place items into the coffin on the day we saw my sister for the last time. On the day of the funeral, everything went smoothly. We were really pleased to be allocated such a brilliant celebrant, Jo Adam. She really listened and wrote the most amazing service based on our memories. Friends and relatives were moved by the service and it could not have gone better. Lamberts made this difficult period more bearable and I would recommend Martin and his company to anyone.

When my dad pass away i went to a big high street chain to arrange the funeral . I found them to lacking in knowledge and empathy and the price was way over the top . We popped into Lamberts funeral home and was greeted with respect and heart warming sympathy. Martin know what we wanted and had the contact with the crematorium , so we got the day and time we wanted . A realy 5 star service . Thank you from me and my sister .

I losted my daughter Roxy and was looking for a funeral directors, as I live in Devon and Roxy lived in Kingston I googled funeral directors in Kingston. I don't know what drew me to Lamberts, but I'm glad I did. From the frist phone call to the moment I said goodbye to Roxy ,there are not the words to say thank you to Martin and Tina for everything they done for myself and my family in what I must admit I was not ready for. I met Martin and Tina with some of my family and all my worries about what I had to do seemed to go, Martin said he would take good care of Roxy and believe me he is a man of his word, I could not have wished for a better sent off for my beloved daughter. Tina, Martin and all who work for you. Thank you for everything you done for Roxy and my family. You are the kind of people who come in to one's life for a short time and will never be forgotten Thank you

It is always difficult and painful losing a family member but Martin and Tina helped us through the funeral process every step of the way. It was not the first time we had used Lambert and so when we experienced another loss it made sense to use their services again; we wouldn't have wanted to go anywhere else. Compassionate, caring and warm, at the same time as being highly professional and efficient, we cannot recommend Lambert Funeral Directors highly enough.

There is never a good time for a loved one to die but when this happens shortly before Christmas it can make things doubly difficult. I dealt mainly with Martin Lambert when my father died and he was wonderfully down-to-earth and talked me through the process from start to finish. He managed to get all the paperwork done, a coffin made, the venue booked, and minister hired, all within a few days, in time for a pre-Christmas funeral. It was the first time I had arranged a funeral and the event went very smoothly.
