The staff were absolutely amazing (Tara) and the day went as smoothly at it could have, the celebrant Gillian really captured my dad in her words and made a tough day bearable. Thank you all.

We have just had to remove the 1 star we gave the co-op. We was still waiting for my fathers fingerprints so decided to go to the shop. We have just been told that they do not have them, they may not have been taken or they were cremated with him.
I have been trying to make a complaint but have not been able to talk to the right person. Still waiting for answers, no holding my breath

After care from the company has been very disappointing, I paid extra to have my husbands ashes brought to me by a courier so I did not have to wait to long. After calling to find out why we had not received them I was told they would get them to me within a couple of days. I waited for nearly 4 weeks, and I only got them then because I got upset on the phone. We paid for finger prints also we are still waiting for them. No one returns our phone calls.
