I cannot recommend Macbeth funeral services enough. From beginning to end Ross and Alison were both extremely helpful and professional. Arranging funerals for loved ones is never enjoyable but they made the process as stress free and 'peaceful' as such things can be.

When my dad passed away so quickly, I had no idea what we had to do with his burial.

Ross came and visited my mum and the siblings personally, he was so kind, caring and thoughtful. He made this process for my mum so easy and stress free. Alison was lovely and helped us all so much.

I couldn’t recommend them enough in this situation, being independent makes a big difference and they actually care and feel what we need. Thank you both so much for helping set my dad free.

Ross and his team at Macbeth Funeral Services were very kind and professional helping us to arrange my Aunts funeral. Thank you for doing everything possible to make sure my Aunt got the send off she deserved, Nothing was too much trouble. I hope it's a while before I need your services again, but my Mum even commented afterwards that she would want Ross to arrange her funeral.

Sadly this is the second time that I have had cause to use Ross and his team and both times have found the service to be excellent. Ross has the perfect calm and respectful manner to deal with the situation, explaining the whole process at length giving us time to absorb the information at our own pace. Macbeth Funeral Services were absolutely perfect. After calling a couple of funeral homes closer to where my mother was going to be buried (in a different county) I called Macbeth Funeral Homes and immediately the conversation was gentle, informative and I felt that this would be the best funeral home to use. Following a meeting in Burnham on Sea my brothers and I felt that Ross was absolutely not only able to carry out the service we wanted but able to guide us. Our mother was buried in Surrey and the journey from Somerset and our requests were all carried out professionally and exactly as we wanted them to be. Ross was able to provide everything we wanted and arranged fabulous flowers, coffin and corresponded with the Church and Curate and even assisted people in respect to their journey to the church. Ross walked in front of the hearse and the drivers and pallbearers were all so kind and professional too. I would thoroughly recommend Macbeth Funeral Services and thank them for ensuring my Mum's send off was just as it should be.

At this sad time Ross and Alison of Macbeth Funeral Services took care of all the arrangements in a very professional manner, Taking all the pressure off of our grieving family.
Everything from their excellent and impressive premises, Funeral Vehicles and there advice and knowledge made things go smoothly on the day.

We would just like to thank Ross & the whole team at MacBeth’s funeral services for everything they have done for us as a family & ensuring that our Mum got the send off she deserved . Nothing is to much trouble & the support & professionalism is second to none . Everything was explained in full & at our pace , we felt we were allowed to take our time in making decisions. Ross visited us at home which was lovely for us as a family, Ross is so thorough but so kind & compassionate. From the initial phone call , to the beautiful service , to the delivery of the ashes everything was absolutely perfect .
