I hope this funeral home steps up the plate when it comes to dealing with peoples loved ones face to face as over the phone they are very abrupt and rude.
I was making an enquiry and the lady’s I spoke to on the phone was very abrupt and dismissive. Not sure if it was a bad day or if that is the general tone of the business. Either way definitely something to consider when dealing with any clientele.

The care and compassion showed by Laura at the funeral office was absolutely second to none, as was the staff at Woolwich where my dad was being kept until the day of his funeral.
I would 100% recommend this branch to anyone thinking of booking a funeral.
