Never having done this, Maxine and her team were amazing.
We contacted her three days before our Mum passed. She was very professional, she answered all the questions we had. She didn't make us feel inadequate, nothing we asked, was not answered.
She treated our Mum with the utmost respect, and we love her so much for that.

Bronzeash Funerals made a very sad situation bearable. Maxine conducted the funeral with dignity and stayed in regular contact with our family to ensure our needs were met. Every detail was dealt with and I felt as if I was talking to a friend, not a detached business (which unfortunately was my experience with other funeral directors). All attendees at the service were complimentary about Maxine's style, professionalism and mannerism. She made the day memorable in a pleasant way. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for everything that Maxine @ Bronzeash Funerals did for our Mum. From our initial interaction, Maxine made us feel reassured that our Mum would be in safe hands - which was 110% achieved. The steps that needed to be followed and under Maxine's direction were seamless - no rush no fuss, just calm and patient, which was just what was needed at such a sensitive time. Our Families that went to visit our Mum at Bronzeash Parlour, were full of positivity for the way our Mum was presented and the care that was showed to them whilst they were there. The actual day of the Funeral could not have gone any better - in our eyes, as everything was to perfection - flowers, order of services, cars, drivers and lest we forget our Queen in her elegant arrival. From the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank Maxine for the beautiful support she offered me and my brother. From the moment of my mother’s passing, Maxine provided guidance and support and her knowledge on running the funeral came in expertise. From our very first phone call she came across as understanding showing true empathy. Even though it was a hard time, Maxine made me feel safe. Safe in knowing my mum would have a beautiful send off. What impressed me was the fact I had mentioned my mum’s favourite colour was orange and on the day of the funeral the horse plumes, the riders and Maxine herself were in orange. This amazed me on a personal level. I felt Maxine went above and beyond in providing a comforting time in a vulnerable moment of my life. Losing a loved one is the most difficult and challenging experience faced by family and closed friends, particularly when the loss is so sudden and unexpected as was in our case. I cannot thank Maxine and her team enough. Maxine has gone above and beyond the call of duty in supporting the family. It was extremely comforting knowing that no question was too silly to ask as well as Maxine was always available to deal with any concerns or worries we had, reassuring us every step of the way. She and her team demonstrated professionlism, respectfulness and empathy towards our loss. Maxine's attention to detail is second to none, a first class service. Additionally, Maxine made it her business to find out as much as possible about the deceased, such as her likes and dislikes, lifestyle and family composition. This made the journey less painful, whereby we were able to take some comfort in speaking fondly about the deceased. Dearest Maxine, you truly captured the essence of who the deceased was, particularly during your delivery of her eulogy. . Moreover, the orange plumes on the horses and coachmen in their complimentary orange ties did not go unnoticed, orange being the deceased's favourite colour. This was one of the hardest things I have ever faced in my life, my mothers pasting. I was not thinking straight, I didn't know what to do, and then there was Maxine.
