My mother sadly passed away. I was given Kalpesh's number from a relative. As we were based locally Kalpesh personally visited our home to arrange everything. From initial contact all the way through he kept us informed. Kalpesh managed to get the funeral day within 3 days exactly on the day, date, time and crematorium we required. The funeral and even getting my mother ready for her final journey was impeccable every request was forfilled. Highly recommended especially when we need the most support in our life.

We recently lost our ba, we selected Om Funeral care ltd for our funeral care requirements, Kalpeshbhai was incredible he took care of everything to ensure that ba had the most beautiful send off. Kalpeshbhai ensured even the smallest of details was taken care and accommodated every one of our wishes too. He made himself available 7 days a week and was always very professional, humble and I could highly recommend them for anyone who is also going through similar situations. It is always a very difficult time for any family when loved one passes away but Om funeral care were there to take some of the stress away in organising the funeral. They were very kind, caring and showed a lot of compassion. Kalpeshbhai worked with us to ensure each of family's wishes were considered and taken care of without any fuss. His communication through the entire process was excellent and was always available to us to guide us through each step.

We sadly lost our aunty last month, and Kalpesh and his team were very caring and supportive through this difficult time. He guided us step by step on how our aunty’s body can be taken back to India, and arranged everything accordingly as to our needs. He also arranged everything for the wake service here in the UK.
