Couldn't have asked for better people to help with the funeral arrangements after my husband passed away recently. The price of £3,800 for a cremation was much lower than i expected and we had everything we wanted. Thank you to Will and everyone at William Dunphy for your help in making things go as smoothly as they did.

I cannot praise this company more . They done my mums funeral and Will , Nicki and jeanette were brilliant. Everything they done was at a very good standard. Nothing was too much trouble . This funeral directors were out of our area but came strongly recommend BY a family member and I would recommend them to anyone .

An absolutely wonderful and caring company that were highly supportive after my Dad's passing. They are still showing their support four months on. Sue who works at the Dulwich offices is very caring and helpful.

To all at William Dunphy- A massive thank you to the whole team for the excellent service they gave us. Nothing was a problem even when we asked to change a couple of things later on. They provided empathy while always remaining efficient and even through in Covid times, the process remained easy. A difficult day made easier because of the professionalism shown. From the moment we phoned Nikki to meeting Janete and Will, we were put at ease. Visiting Mum at the chapel of rest was handled with compassion and gave the family quality time to say goodbye. Still so very disappointed that we paid so much money only to find that my father wasn’t dressed properly and the flowers were left in the car so he didn’t have anything on his coffin during the service.
To make matters worse, his details were spelt incorrectly so we had to continuously correct this when filling out forms.
We used them many years ago but this time round we’ve been left with deep regret.
