Made it all that little bit easier with their professionalism

I used Ivan Bramley Funeral Directors to arrange and carry out my wifes funeral recently.
I have to say that the whole process from beginning to end was made so much easier by the way everything was dealt with. It wasnt just the professionalism and presentation (as one would expect in a situation like this) but also the dignity and respect given by each and every member of staff we came into contact with.
You could argue that any Funeral Director should conduct themselves in such a manner but it was felt by various members of our family that we had received excellent service.
I'd like to mention one particular person here - Anne - who went above and beyond any duty of care to make sure even the smallest of detail was dealt with. Even several days after the funeral when I contacted her, she was ever helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
In a nutshell - Funerals are usually tough times for most people to deal with but Ivan Bramleys made it all that little bit easier which I'd like to say 'Thank You' for.

When my mother passed away on 30th January I was distraught and a mess.
Ivan Bramley's collected my mum and treated her with respect and dignity. My niece lives in London and they opened specially for her to visit her grandma when she arrived.
Everything was carried out with great professionalism but with much respect and care. When we were able to visit my mum looked so peaceful. Brilliant service. Thank you

Brilliant funeral directors. They delt with family member very good words can't describe how brilliant they are and they treat the deceased like they're own. Everytime you visit they offer you a drink and they're always there to talk nothing is too big. They're highly recommended since they did a perfect funeral service and the team was perfect too.
