Mark at Serenity was professional throughout the whole proceedings. He made mum feel at ease when we discussed what she wanted prior to her death and he made a difficult time so much easier for us to cope with. He catered for all of our needs and was both helpful and respectful throughout. I would definitely recommend them to others.

From my initial calls with Becky, our first interaction with Danny and Andy - who unnecessarily apologised for not wearing jackets given the heat - Joan’s determination to achieve everything we wanted for the service including sourcing a microphone system, allowing a cow (!) to accompany the cortège and carrying out a “reccy” of the church, parking, etc beforehand; Murray’s went above and beyond what we would could have ever expected when googling for an independent funeral director at 7pm on a Friday evening.
