Co-op Funeralcare, Barrack Road, Northampton

Would not use the coop for a funeral, been badly let down, started off warm and welcoming and very helpful until the final details.
They are no longer there for you, no longer want to be helpful or sincere to your loss, I lost a dear dear friend and was let down badly with the way they handled her ashes and low and behold there was no one to talk too and no one ever rang me back even when I asked to speak to the manager, could name the ladies that let me down but it would not put anything right so I will please, don’t deal with Beth Or Natalia and the manager appears nameless

We were very well cared for by Natalia, Amy and co. throughout the entire ordeal. Natalia was with us on the day and made it a bit easier to cope with. The service was tremendously professional and it felt like an appropriate send off for my late father.

We had my wife's funeral on Tuesday 19th July 2022. We entrusted the coop with the arrangements and i wasnt disapponted. Every detail was faultless, the celebrant, Heather was excellant and i was involved every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble and the company even supplied bottled water because of the heat. Big thankyou to Amy and Natalia. Steve Hedges.

My father recently passed away and after careful consideration we decided to use The Co-op Funeral care service to help say goodbye to him. I must say we were all more than happy with their service. Beth and Natalia were amazing. Both of them helpful, caring, thoughtful and considerate throughout. Often checking we were OK and if we needed anything. It was never too hard to get hold of them and any queries we had were answered quickly and adequately, by either phone or email.
They did their utmost best to provide my father with the send off he deserved.
Please take no notice of the 1 star review left on Google, I have left many reviews compared to that person and they must have had a personal vendetta against the co-op branch. I would highly recommend this funeral service.

Would highly recommend. Amazing and caring people. Nothing was ever to much. Made special little touches that we won’t forget as a family. Natalia was amazing.. she Showed so much love and care to our family. Forever grateful xx

We very recently had the coop barratt road to organise my mums funeral,i cannot reccomend them enough, they looked after mum so well and made her look beautiful for our viewings , Natalia looked after mum and us family and we couldnt ask for anyone better to do this , she was absolutely amazing ! so compassionate, understanding and patient nothing was too much trouble ,she went above and beyond to make our mums day special , thank you so much !!
