Paul was extremely helpful when my mother passed away recently. Nothing was too much trouble and all the arrangements worked well. He is very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. I can't praise Layzell's highly enough. From the minute we called Paul shortly after my father-in-law died, they demonstrated nothing other than the highest level of professionalism throughout the process of making all of the arrangements, handing the crematorium service on the day and subsequently retrieving the flowers and hand delivering post that had been sent to his widow at their office. Absolutely provided the support and advice that one needs at these times. If there was six (or more) stars as an option, they'd get them.

Unfortunately my wife have lost both of her parents in the last 18 months Paul and his team were always very professional and helpful on both occasions. Her Dad passed away just as the corona virus and lockdown broke making arrangements very difficult Paul guided us through making phone calls on our behalf and always kept us updated making a hard time easier.
