Their eye for detail and attention to the family was faultless, especially Paul who put us all at ease and helped us through a very difficult day.

Sandra was absolutely wonderful and made everything so easy for us which we really appreciated as we are not local but our deceased uncle was.

The service was excellent from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble.Never hurried and always with choice. On the day of the funeral we traveled from Lincolnshire and thought we would wait in our cars but we were welcomed inside even though there were many of us.
A truly caring and dignified service throughout and the recommendation for Steve to take the actual service was welcome. Steve also performed the service keeping with family requests and making a celebration of my uncles life. I know he would have been impressed with the whole service from both W Smith & Sons and the recommended celebrant.

I Could not fault a thing with W Smiths. We have had 2 family funerals with them, one which was recently Friday 9th of September of my mum. Mark and his team were supreme from start to finish. Everything was done absolutely first class. Thankyou mark and team.
