Lisa was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning her warm and welcoming demeanour eased the stresses of an upsetting time. She is a credit to the business.

My partner and I can't thank brethertons funeralcare enough after the support they have given us recently with the funeral of our baby.
We were told it could have taken three months through the hospital to sort out a cremation for our little boy and I was shocked at this time frame. I contacted brethertons straight away as it was local to us and recieved amazing support from Lisa straight away. Everything was sorted very quickly and easily during this upsetting time, nothing was to much trouble and within 24hours or so we had our babies funeral date set. Lisa updated us on every step , she contacted us as soon as our little one was in their care, which was such a relief that he was one step closer near home. Steph had also arranged time for us to come and see our boy again before the funeral so we could say our goodbyes privetly. The funeral itself was very well managed and beautiful. Thank you again to Steph and Lisa for supporting us on the day and for everything else you did for us during this upsetting time , you really helped us through it.
