Co-op Funeralcare, Poplar

Such grateful thanks to the incredible Eve at Chrisp Street in the organisation of my mums funeral this week.The care and attention to detail was outstanding from the very beginning. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt so safe knowing that Eve had it all under control and cared as much as we did in ensuring all went according to plan. We honestly can't thank you enough for your support and help. X

My uncle had a funeral plan with them. The standout for me was the undertaker who arrived where dressed absolutely horrificly. They all we're dressed differently. All of them but in particular I remember one of the fellas looked like he's been dragged off the street
He's suit was horrendous and dirty and didn't fit him. Like a 10 year old in and 30 year olds clothes. The same for the others. Didn't feel professional and just not what I expected. I wouldn't recommend but others have had please experienced. Howevr my uncle's wasn't.

The poor attitude & lack of compassion is unbelievable

Polite, friendly and compassionate service. They put me at ease and treated me with great respect. I would not hesitate to recommend co-op Funeralcare, Poplar!
