The WORST place to organise a funeral ever, such disregard for the sensitive job they are handling. The door was locked when we arrived and waited outside for at least 5 minutes, we had made an appointment so there was no need. No knowledge of the services and what is to offer, told us things were not available when in fact they were. Incorrect birthdays of my grandparents posted in the paper and the wrong date of the funeral even though we provided everything correctly. I am genuinely disgusted with this coop and the staff. You organise funerals the least you can do is be remotely helpful at such a difficult time.

Honestly coop, Shame on you. You have made sending off both of my grandparents so stressful and I will never ever forgive you, id give you a 0 if I could
