What can i say about Jo? She handled the sad process of my dads funeral with ease and amazing compassion. She guided us through the whole process step by step and nothing was too much trouble. She was at the of the phone anytime we needed her and boy did we need her! On the day, our father was handed with grace and dignity and the staff were accommodating to all our needs. I highly recommend H. Copeland and sons, they will be there for you at this most distressing time and you can take comfort that they will look after you while you try to look after yourself.

Jo is wonderful and really helpful. She is so good with families and supportive when you need them most and the care that is given is above and beyond especially at such a difficult time.

Had to returned shop to sign a form as they forgot it ,
( only 3 forms to sign in total!!)
Then called to confirm that they would be arriving with just a hearse when we had also ordered a limo
To top it off they forgot the order of service and we had to delay the service!!
Extremely upsetting with no follow up whatsoever
