I cannot thank Jonathan and his team enough for their professional service. Not only could Jonathan put a smile on our faces in the darkest of times, he took away so much pressure guiding us effortlessly throughout the whole heartbreaking process.

We recently used J Howells for my Mums funeral and burial, I cannot thank them enough for the amazing job they did from the moment we approached them. All staff were so friendly, supportive and professional, we really could not have asked for more at such a difficult time especially with the impact of COVID-19. I could not recommend them enough, they really took such pride in their work and made us feel at ease. Being a family run company meant we could really make the day special, fabulous service thank you Jon and your team.

Can not believe how poor the service was. My sister changed my dads last wishes to Howells for cheapness, and that is exactly what my dad got. I can only discribe it as a box, it was to small for my father. He wanted Black horses and carraige, they were white. We were all ment to push dad into church, Howells team just left us standing at door, dad was rushed in. The visit to see dad at rest was terrible. There was cleaning equipement under the coffin, the team were in jeans and t shirt. Nobody could answer my questions. It was a complete shambles. Please dont take your loved ones their.

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Jonathan Howell & Daughters for the superb undertaking of my husband’s funeral. It was a very emotional time and from the moment I made contact everything was carried out with empathy, dignity and professionalism. I was kept fully informed throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. I felt comforted by the caring attitude shown to me during a very difficult time and wholeheartedly recommend Jonathan Howell & Daughters to anyone sadly losing a loved one.
