That is why we returned to Michaela, it was my fathers wish after how sensitively she handled my mothers funeral seven years ago.

The time of a bereavement is never a good time to meet new people, especially if, as in my case, the loss was of my wife of almost 58 years, However Michaela, the Branch Manager of Shoobridge (Exeter) was kind, patient and professional. She took good care to explain everything I needed to do and was very respectful to my dear wife.
