Stuart presided over every aspect of our dad's funeral, completely professional, compassionate throughout, there was no pushy salesman for the casket or order of service. We were allowed to choose what we wanted, bespoke casket, order of service & condolence book showing our dad's favourite films & his beloved AVFC. Stuart Clancy went above & beyond by getting in touch with AVFC where Denise & I were sent a lovely letter upon which Stuart had framed for us. My family couldn't believe that all the funeral directors wore a AVFC tie & the Stuart the conductor a Villa pin, nothing was too much trouble. Sophie Jukes you have an amazing team & you offer a extremely tailored bespoke professional, personal service, at a extremely reasonable cost & totally 100% value for money.
