Words can not ever express how deeply greatful my family, friend's, mum's friends are for how you helped us at this heartbreaking time to organise Mum's funeral, your compassion, professionalism, expertise was truly above and beyond. You can genuinely feel that you all really do care, not just about our beloved mother but about us as a family, you took the time to listen and nothing was ever a problem for you, Your professional guidance to enable us to create the most uplifting celebration of life that we wanted was fantastic.
On a personal note, thank you for all your supportive and Encouraging words that empowered me to be able to honour my Mum's life during the service.

Excellent every step of the way! Thanks to all the team involved at Ernehale for all your time and efforts in sorting the special day for my dearest and much loved/missed mother. You showed great empathy and compassion and did your utmost to give my mother the special day I wanted for her. I cannot recommend Bernerd and his team more for the saddest time in a families life from the first meeting they were so warm and welcoming nothing was too much and they gave the most amazing funeral for our family member and we cannot thank them enough. Very professional, warm, caring, and amazing personal service. At a time you cannot process information he was so good at helping us think about the small things you don't necessarily think about and you knew they cared about our lost love one aswell she was not just another name.
