Just a short email, to thank everyone at the Co-op Funeral care Aspley Lane, for the kindness and help shown to us during this sad time.

We would also like to thank Diane Hyett who read the service for us, it was by far one of the nicest services we have attended.

My Grandmothers funeral was 2 weeks ago, and Co-op funeral care made it such a beautiful, dignified and respectful event. From the very start, making the plans, to seeing my grandmother and dressing her, we were made to feel very much at ease. And the procession was lovely, the director bowed before getting in the hearse and before walking in front of the car. My Grandma would have been more than pleased. Thank you very much! Thank you for making such a difficult time a little easier.

Unfortuntley my family had bad experience with this branch and had to move branches. Times like this are very upsetting and should be handled with more care and professionalism.

Awful found staff rude and very unsympathetic, please do not go to aspley lane

Can’t thank Sally and the team enough for the sympathy, compassion and support shown when arranging my dads funeral in mid December. They made an incredibly difficult time so much more manageable with their excellent advice, communication and expertise. They even watched and entertained my baby daughter so I could say my goodbyes to him in the home before his funeral. Will be forever grateful.
